A large round oblong edible fruit with a hard green rind and sweet watery pink or reddish flesh’ sweet’ juicy red pulp containing many black seeds. Citrus fruits are all safe. It is the fruits which are sugary which cause the problem. To reduce the acne breakouts you should avoid eating fruits such as Mangoes’ Bananas’ Tangerines’ Plums’ Nectarines’ Peaches’ Pineapples and Watermelons. Watermelon is also packed with lycopene and amino acids all combining to contribute towards healthy skin aiding the immune system’ and benefiting from antioxidants. Arginine is essential in our bodies and helps with blood circulation in the scalp. Watermelons are the perfect snack to cool of on a hot summer day but they can also help cleanse our bodies and assist in weight loss. Watermelons are about 95% water and contain only 7% sugar. Watermelon contains less than a gram of fat it is also appropriate for a low fat diet. Watermelons are mostly water about 93% but this refreshing fruit is soaked with nutrients. Each juicy bite has significant levels of vitamins A’ B6 and C lots of lycopene antioxidants and amino acids. There's even a modest amount of potassium. Most people ask the question whether eating watermelon at night is bad for health. There is taboo associated with eating watermelon at night. You can eat watermelon at any time of the day. A cold watermelon may cause severe stomach pain and diarrhea in pregnant women. Remember eating a watermelon before a meal will take up too much space in the stomach it will affect the absorption of the nutrients taken in from the food.
