Atif Aslam was born as Muhammad Atif Aslam on 12 March 1983 in Wazirabad, Pakistan. Muhammad Atif Aslam was born to Muhammad Aslam and Rehana Shaheen. He has three brothers Shahzad Aslam' Shahbaz Aslam and Shehraz Aslam. He also has a sister named Romana Aslam. Atif Aslam is a Pakistani singer songwriter and actor. His movie debut was the 2011 social drama Bol. His three albums have approximately sold nearly 9 million copies worldwide. He entered his kindergarten education at Kimberley Hall School Larkana. He has shifted several schools and finally studied FSC at PAF College Lahore. Later on he completed Bachelors in Computer Science at Punjab Institute of Computer Science. Atif Aslam had dreamt of representing his nation as a cricketer.  During his college days he has represented his college cricket team for several competitions. Being an active child Atif also used to play Basket Ball and led his school team for various matches. He has participated and won several singing competitions. He wanted to take up cricket however he more wished to be a singer and it has become his career now. During College days Atif met Gohar Mumtaz- a guitarist and this meeting later turned them into band-partners, forming ‘Jal’. On 17 July 2004 Aslam released his first album titled Jal Pari which was an instant hit. Several songs from his debut album Bheegi Yaadein’ Ehsaas’ Mahi Ve’ Ankhon Sey the title track Jal Pari went on to become major hits and charted across countries in the subcontinent. On 19 April 2017 he hosted the 16th Lux Style Awards ceremony and it was the first time he was seen hosting the ceremony of Lux Style Awards. Aslam appeared as a captain of Team Pakistan in a singing talent show called Sur Kshetra which was shot and broadcast from Dubai where Indian and Pakistani contestants competed against each other. At the end of the show Nabeel Shaukat Ali from Aslam's team won the contest. His first international tour performing in the US and Canada with Rhythm Dhol Bass and Annie Khalid. He got his first breakthrough in Bollywood when director Mahesh Bhatt called Aslam to seek his consent to include Woh Lamhey in the soundtrack of his new motion picture Zeher 2005. The song especially the remix version became a hit. Pakistani singer Atif Aslam is married to his longtime girlfriend educationist Sara Bharwana. The duo tied knot on 28 March 2013. The wedding was a private affair attended only by family and close friends. Atif first met Sara Bharwana at Kirnnaird College. They slowly became close and got engaged in October 2011. Some leading media giants of neighbor country also tried to make gossips of Pakistani Singer. Some leading newspaper printed that Atif Aslam was in relationship with Sara for 7 years. Talking to media Atif said that he is feeling pleasant after marriage. Sara Bharwana: After her marriage with Atif Sara Bharwana was a famous search on web as Atif 's female fans checking the one who broke their dreams. Many girls were Jealous of Sara and even raised pages ‘Hate Sara Bharwana’ on social sites. But that wasn’t of any worth as the proverb says it is useless to cry over split milk. Sara Bharwana born on 7 July 1984 is daughter of an ex policeman Punjab. Both of them were indulged in a relationship which further succeed towards their arrangement. Sara Bharwana has also worked as teacher in a school after getting graduate from Kirnnaird College. Atif Aslam openly clarified media that stories about his 12 years love affair with Sara Bharwana are totally false. Though Atif didn’t tell actual duration of his relationship with Sara he asked media to stop these types of hearsays. The couple has a son.
