Of course not all chicken is created equally, but when it comes down to your choice of meats, chicken is generally considered a healthy option. chicken is the best source of lean low fat protein. This protein promotes muscle growth and development. eating chicken is a great way to promote bone health. Chicken consumption suppresses and maintains homo cysteine levels, which are the amino acids that cause cardiovascular disease. Phosphorus is an essential mineral present in chicken that supports teeth bones kidney liver and nervous system functions. Vitamin D in chicken helps in calcium absorption and bone strengthening. Diets with high levels of protein have been known to be effective in reducing weight and chicken has been one of the main contenders in weight loss. Studies and trials have shown that significant weight control was observed in people who regularly ate chicken breast. This can be attributed to its high protein content and low calories. Chicken consumption has been found to be useful in controlling blood pressure as well. Oven baked chicken wings can be extra crispy just like fried  As you know I don’t like to fry foods very often. We have always baked or grilled our chicken wings.
 This technique is really simple.  Toss the dry wings with baking powder and salt.
